What ‘no integration’ actually means
You don't get sales data flowing automatically from Toast into your schedule. If labor percentage against live sales is central to how you run, Toast's scheduling can do that and we can't.
With Schedulefly, you enter projected sales for the day and watch labor as a percentage of those sales while you build the schedule. You're forecasting before you publish instead of reporting after the week is over.
Why some operators prefer to keep them separate
Sling by Toast requires Toast POS or POS Test Mode. That means the schedule, team communication, time-off history and shift-trade records live inside the same company as the register.
Some operators are comfortable with that. Others don't want every egg in one basket. Keeping the schedule separate means a future POS change doesn't also become a scheduling-system migration.
What they say they get from us
It's simple. Managers can build schedules the same week they sign up. It's affordable: $30, $40, $50 or $60 per restaurant, every feature included. And someone answers — not a chatbot or ticket number.
If you want the founder's cell, you've got it: 704-906-2031. That's Wil.
What we do
We focus on the work around the schedule. We don't do time clock, payroll, tip pooling, hiring or onboarding.
- Building and publishing schedules
- Shift trades
- Time off and availability
- Document storage
- Manager's logbook
- Labor forecast as a percentage of sales
We do integrate with some point-of-sale systems
Toast isn't one of them, but we integrate with some POS systems and we're adding more. The useful question is what you want the integration to do.
